Why doesn't my email account work?
A.    
There are several possible problems.  First make sure you're using the entire email address as the ID in your email program.  For instance, if your email address was "user@tieless.net"  then your email ID is  "user@tieless.net", not just "user".  

The SMTP and POP3 servers should both be "mail.tieless.net".

Make sure you're using the correct password.  Passwords are case sensitive.

Do you have connectivity?  Try pinging mail.tieless.net.  (From a DOS or terminal window type "ping www.tieless.net")

If  everything above is correct then call or email support.
